"Charming Chaska"

With the addition of the New Hwy 212 Extension through the west metro... there is a lot of interest growing with Chaska. New homes and neighborhoods are cropping up and it is fast becoming one of the Twin City's hottest markets.

The charming town of Chaska, perched on the bluffs above the Minnesota River Valley, has a deeply rooted Native American history.

Voted Top 10 Best City by Money Magazine. It is believed that Chaska was first settled by the Mound Builders. In fact, Ancient burial mounds are visible in the town square. The name, Chaska, is a variation of a Dakota word meaning “first born.”

Chaska is home to Hazeltine, a world class gold club, and also the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum. Great small town feel.

"Small Town Charm."

Chaska is sought after for it's small town charm and rich history. There is a wonderful balance of old and new. There are many historic buildings now housing new shops and business. Housing also is a blend of historic but many new developments that are attracting buyers who want a small town feel but still be close to shopping, dining and Minneapolis. Take a drive and find out why Chaska is a wonderful place to live and work.'.
