"A Great Mix of Housing Options"

Goetten's Way circles Rotary Park and offers housing options from apartments, townhomes, moderate priced homes to higher end homes. Fantastic location - literally 3 blocks from several main throughways and only minutes from shopping on the west end, restaurants and entertainment in the downtown areas and the I-94 interchange is nearby for Twin City commutes. The Goetten's Way area has been a popular location since it was developed in the 80's and doesn't appear to be losing it's appeal in any way.
