With a population over 13,000, Sauk Rapids enjoys the many benefits of being part of the regional hub yet has the tranquility of a small town. Neighbors know neighbors. Walk down the sidewalk or into a store and you're bound to see friends, colleagues, or relatives. There's a sense of comfort and security in feeling a part of a close-knit community

"Small town Atmosphere, big town convenience."

Sauk Rapids is a busy center where people still enjoy a small town atmosphere. It has the convenience of being within miles of one of the best medical centers in the nation, a destination shopping center, and a wide variety of eating establishments. There are numerous parks and trails to take advantage of the beauty of the Mississippi River, which separates Sauk Rapids from nearby cities St. Cloud and Sartell.
