"Head West"

Cologne is just west of Chaska and before NYA off Hwy 212. Cologne has a more rural feel but plenty of shopping and amenities nearby. Still a manageable commute to Minneapolis or the MSP Airport. Housing is more affordable than cities like Chanhassen and Chaska. There is a wide selection from farms, hobby farms to developments and new construction. Definitely a fabulous choice for those looking for a more rural setting.

"Bargains to be had."

As I former resident of Richfield I have fond memories of our time there. Charming homes built from the 1940's thru 1970's on tree lined streets built with a quality often not seen in newer construction. It is also a convenient commute to Minneapolis. Take a look for yourself.
